1Swell the anthem, raise the song;
Praises to our God belong;
Saints and angels join to sing
Praises to the heavenly King.
2Blessings from His liberal hand
Flow around this happy land:
Kept by Him, no foes annoy;
Peace and freedom we enjoy.
3Here, beneath a virtuous sway,
May we cheerfully obey;
Never feel oppression’s rod,
Ever own and worship God.
4Hark! The voice of nature sings
Praises to the King of kings;
Let us join the choral song,
And the grateful notes prolong. Amen.
Psalm147:14He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.
Psalm147:20He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.
1 Timothy4:3-53 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: 5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
Revelation19:6And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
